All sales are final as soon as an item is shipped out or production has begun.

The artist is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

If a product is damaged please contact me immediately. I can normally have you send us back the original item and provide you a new one. However, this could vary depending on the item.

 

I want your experience of working with me to be as smooth and positive as possible.
